What information do you need to set up my payroll?
Your personal payroll manager will discuss all this with you. Usually companies send an export file from their old system. In other cases we may need to input the details manually. In this instance we will send a form which details exactly the information we need.

It’s part way through the tax year. Can you start to process my payroll now?
Absolutely. Our payroll software allows for a mid year start or continuation. We can guide you through the information we need to process your payroll from any point in the tax year.

I’ve just realised I’ve missed someone’s hours off the pay run, what do I do?
Tell us as soon as you realise what’s happened. If the change needs to be made within 48 hrs of the payroll due date, we may make a small charge.

My employees would prefer printed payslips, can you do this?
No problem. We can send you a secure file to print out.
